Did a coffee tasting this morning, and it was fantastic.  Peter was so knowledgeable about the different coffees; where they come from, how they’re harvested, etc.
The coffee itself was amazing. Between my son and I we ended up leaving with 5 different varieties to bring home, and we’ll have to go back to to get the rest!

Well done and thank you so much for a lovely pour over tasting experience.  This was a new experience for me and I was skeptical that I would be able to differentiate the unique coffees that we tasted, but I could!  I wasn't able to pick out the tasting notes this time, but I was very impressed by one of the other attendees that was able to (without looking at the card!).  Learning more about the history of coffee, the thought and consideration that goes into everything Red Bird Roasting does and spending time listening to coffee enthusiast Peter was a real treat.  I  recommend booking yourself in for a tasting - I guarantee that you'll come away with a greater appreciation for specialty coffee. Nice cozy stop in place! The coffee is really delicious and staff was really welcoming. The El Salvador pour over Cerro Las Renas/Ranas? was literally 10/10. Also, I don't tend to grab sweet drinks and tried the caramel mach latte, it was pretty nice without feeling like I'm drinking sugar. I'll definitely be back for the various pour overs.
